Key Skills & Experience In light of his experience as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Sphere Entertainment and MSG Sports, as well as experience in various positions with Cablevision, including as its Chief Executive Officer, and in various positions with MSG Networks and its predecessors since 1999, including as Executive Chairman, as well as the knowledge and experience he has gained about the Company s business and contributions he has made during his tenure as a director of the Company, Sphere Entertainment, MSG Sports, MSG Networks, AMC Networks and Cablevision, our Board has concluded that Mr. Dolan should serve as a director of the Company.
