Mr. Perry, 47, is the Executive Director of Hancher Auditorium and the University of Iowa Office of Performing Arts and Engagement. He served as the Director of Arts, Engagement, and Inclusion at the University of Iowa and as the Executive Director of The Englert Theatre in Iowa City for eleven years. He also serves on numerous boards, including the National Independent Venue Association, Arts Midwest, and Iowa Arts Council. Mr. Perry received his Bachelor s degree in English from Princeton University and his M.F.A, Nonfiction Writing Program, from the University of Iowa. Among other attributes, skills and qualifications, we believe Mr. Perry to be a qualified candidate for service on the board, Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee due to his business experience and his ties within the Iowa City community.
