Director of the Company since December 2021 and a member of the Compensation Committee since June 2025. Director of Pro Mujer, Inc. and Adjunct Professor at the New York University School of Law. Ms. Demel is currently a member of the board of directors of Pro Mujer, Inc., a women s development non-profit that brings financial services, entrepreneurship training and basic health services to low-income women in Latin America, and previously served as the board s Chair (from January 2021 to December 2024) and prior to that role, as its Secretary and Chair of the Governance Committee. Ms. Demel has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the New York University School of Law since 2009. Prior to 2009, Ms. Demel was a partner at the international law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, LLP where her practice focused on international financing and business transactions, particularly in Latin America. Ms. Demel advised public and private sector clients on a variety of transactions, including structured finance, project finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Demel brings extensive legal knowledge and experience as well as a strong background in business to the Board.
