Ms. Demel is currently a member of the board of directors of Pro Mujer, Inc., a women s development non-profit that brings financial services, entrepreneurship training and basic health services to low-income women in Latin America, and previously served as the board s Chair (from January 2021 to December 2024) and prior to that role, as its Secretary and Chair of the Governance Committee. Ms. Demel advised public and private sector clients on a variety of transactions, including structured finance, project finance and mergers and acquisitions.
