Ms. Walton brings to the Board over 40 years of expertise advising companies in the areas of corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities offerings. Ms. Walton also has extensive background in public company board responsibilities, processes, and dynamics through her service as an advisor to numerous public company boards over many years. Ms. Walton was also recognized for her achievements in the field of corporate governance.
