has been a shareholder in the law firm of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. since 2006. Mr. Little is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the law firm. Mr. Little has also been a member of the Dentons Global Board of Directors since January 2024. Prior to joining Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C., Mr. Little was an attorney at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. The Company believes that Mr. Little s extensive experience advising public companies and companies in the insurance industry as well as his experience in corporate governance matters and his extensive history with the Company qualify him for service on the Board of Directors.
