J. Kristofer Galashan has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2014. Mr. Galashan is a Partner of Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. where he joined as an associate in 2002. Mr. Galashan serves on the board of directors of the Container Store Group, Inc. since August 2007, and Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. since June 2015, and previously served on the board of directors for USHG Acquisition Corp. from February 2021 until December 2022, BJ s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. from 2011 to 2019.
