Mr. Gilbert was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2011 and was elected as Chairman in July 2023. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Gilbert Global Equity Partners, L.P., a private equity fund, Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of MidOcean Capital Partners, L.P., a private equity firm, a Director of Oaktree Capital Management, an investment firm, and a Director for SDCL EDGE Acquisition Corporation, a publicly-traded company special purpose acquisition corporation and has served in these capacities since 1998, 2005, 2016 and 2021, respectively.
