Mr. Banyard serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterBrand. He has served in this role since December of 2022. Mr. Banyard served on the board of directors of WK Kellogg Co. (NYSE: KLG) from 2023 to 2025 and was the Chair of its compensation committee. Prior to MasterBrand, Mr. Banyard served as the President of the Cabinets division of Fortune Brands from December 2019 until the Separation. Prior to that, Mr. Banyard served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MYE), an international manufacturer of packaging, storage, and safety products and specialty molding, from December 2015 to October 2019, and on Myers Industries, Inc. s board of directors from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, he was Group President, Fluid Handling Technologies at Roper Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROP) where he led a diverse portfolio of companies serving a wide array of end markets. Mr. Banyard began his business career at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), where he held a variety of management roles including Vice President and General Manager of Kollmorgen s Vehicle Systems business. Mr. Banyard holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton and an M.B.A. from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
