Mr. Hendrix is a former executive, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: TILE) ( Interface ), a global flooring solutions company offering an integrated portfolio of flooring products to customers, from 2001 to 2017, and again from 2020 to 2022. He also served on the board of directors of Interface from 1996 to 2024, including as board chair from 2011 to 2024. Before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Interface, Mr. Hendrix served in various finance roles there, ultimately as Chief Financial Officer from 1985 until his promotion to Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Before joining Interface, Mr. Hendrix worked at a national accounting firm. Mr. Hendrix has also served as a director at American Woodmark Corporation (Nasdaq: AMWD) since 2005 and is expected to continue until the completion of the Merger in 2026. Mr. Hendrix received his B.S., with a major in accounting, from Florida State University.
