Ms. Ostroff brings to Mattel more than 35 years of experience in media, entertainment, and advertising with a proven track record of growing and transforming companies to meet the expectations of new generations of consumers. Ms. Ostroff was most recently the Chief Content & Advertising Business Officer at Spotify, where she oversaw all global content, content operations, and advertising revenue for the company, more than tripling the company s advertising revenue during her leadership.
