Experience Mr. Dumont was appointed as the Company s Chairman, CEO, President and Treasurer, effective March 1, 2026. Prior to that, he served as the Company s President and Chief Operating Officer beginning January 2021. He previously served as the Company s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from March 2016 to January 2021, the Company s Principal Financial Officer from February 2016 to March 2016, the Company s Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy from September 2013 to February 2016 and the Company s Vice President, Corporate Strategy from June 2010 to August 2013. Additionally, effective March 1, 2026, Mr. Dumont was appointed as Chairman of the Board of the Company s subsidiary, SCL; prior to that, he served as a non-executive member of the SCL Board beginning August 8, 2025. Mr. Dumont is the son-in-law of Dr. Miriam Adelson who, with trusts and other entities for the benefit of the Adelson family members, controls more than 50 percent of the voting power of the Company s Common Stock.
