Mr. Blitzer has served as a member of our Board since February 2023. Mr. Blitzer was the co-Chief Executive Officer of Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. from February 2021 and a Director since January 2021 until the consummation of the Business Combination. In 2024, Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. II announced its acquisition of USA Rare Earth (NASDAQ: USAR), which is building a vertically integrated rare earth magnet supply chain in North America. Mr. Blitzer serves as Chairman of the Board of USA Rare Earth. Mr. Blitzer is also the CEO of Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III. Prior to founding Inflection Point Acquisition Corp in 2021, Mr. Blitzer founded Kingstown Capital in 2006, an SEC registered investment advisor, and grew it to a multi-billion dollar asset manager. Mr. Blitzer oversaw all of the firm's investing activities including significant investments across the technology, aerospace, and industrial/manufacturing industries. Mr. Blitzer began his Wall Street career at J.P. Morgan Securities in 1999, advising companies globally in private debt and equity capital raises. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he received the Cornell Tradition Fellowship and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was on the Executive Advisory Board of the Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing. He has also taught courses at Columbia Business School in Security Analysis and Investing as an Adjunct Professor from 2008-2013. Mr. Blitzer is a Trustee of Greens Farms Academy in Westport, CT where he is also the Treasurer and Chair of the Investment Committee. Mr. Blitzer is well qualified to serve on our Board due to his experience with public companies and his financial expertise.
