Ms. Hart has been a Director of the Company since October 2025. Ms. Hart currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL) ( PoolCorp ), the world s largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool and related outdoor living products. Ms. Hart previously served in various roles at PoolCorp, including PoolCorp s Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2021, Vice President beginning in 2019, Corporate Controller from 2007 to 2008, and Senior Director of Corporate Accounting from 2006 to 2007.
