Douglas J. Babb has served as Chairperson of our Board since January 2026 and as a director since 2018. Mr. Babb has served as Managing Director for Babb Strategic Services, L.L.P., a consulting and strategic planning firm that he founded in 2006, since 2015. From 2007 to 2014, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Clinic, P.A., one of the largest multi-specialty, physician-owned clinics in the Arkansas region. Previously, Mr. Babb, served as Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative and Legal Officer, and Secretary of Beverly Enterprises, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare services to the elderly in the United States, from 2000 to 2006. Earlier in his career, he held several senior leadership roles at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (formerly NYSE: BNI), including Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President-Merchandise Business Unit. Mr. Babb previously served as an Adjunct Instructor for the College of Business at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and as Board Chair for The University of Arkansas-Fort Smith Foundation and the United States Marshals Museum. Mr. Babb holds a B.A. from Minnesota State University and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Babb is well qualified to serve on our Board due to his extensive executive experience across multiple industries and proven track record in business transformation and turnaround initiatives.
