Eric Palmer has served on our Board of Directors since June 2025. Mr. Palmer previously served in various leadership roles at The Cigna Group from April 2012 through March 2025, including as Executive Vice President for Enterprise Strategy for The Cigna Group from January 2024 until March 2025 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Evernorth Health Services from January 2022 until March 2025, President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2021 until December 2021, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 2017 to January 2021. Mr. Palmer graduated with honors from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in actuarial science and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. We believe Mr. Palmer is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors based on his experience serving in financial and leadership roles in the healthcare industry.
