Ms. Goodwin currently serves as a Director of Arcadis NV, where she also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, and as a Director of Oceaneering International Inc., where she is a member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Goodwin served as President of the North America region of Technip, a global engineering, construction and services company specializing in supporting the energy industry, from 2013 to 2017.
