Mr. Sandifer has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC Corporation, a publicly traded global agricultural sciences company, since May 2018. Mr. Sandifer serves on the board of trustees of Germantown Academy, a private school near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he is a member of the finance and audit committees. He was a member of the board of directors of Philabundance, the leading hunger relief organization in the Delaware Valley, from 2014 to 2022, serving as board treasurer and chair of the finance committee from 2017 to 2022. Mr. Sandifer brings to the board broad international business experience guiding organizations through major transitions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic realignment, restructuring and enterprise resource planning system implementation. His experience spans multiple industry sectors, with an emphasis on technology-driven product and materials businesses.
