David Jamieson was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2017 and appointed to the Company s Board in January 2026. Prior to that Mr. Jamieson served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Operations since 2015. Mr. Jamieson is also a voting member of the Company s Investment Committee, which approves certain investments, development projects and property dispositions. Mr. Jamieson holds a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Babson College. Key experience and qualifications to serve on the Board include: Nearly two decades of experience at the Company in roles of increasing responsibility, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Operations, and Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing for the Western Region, providing deep familiarity with the Company s portfolio, tenants and operating platform. Extensive responsibility for overseeing asset management and operations, including leasing, operating efficiency, and property-level performance, which directly informs the Board s oversight of strategy execution and operating risk. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Company, current industry and market trends, and emerging, technologies including AI, developed through his long operating tenure. Active, voting member of the Company s Investment Committee, contributing to decisions on new investments, development projects and property dispositions, and providing insight into capital allocation and risk management. Leadership in shaping the Company s corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives, aligning long-term environmental and social objectives with business strategy and stockholder expectations.
