Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare products company. Mr. Caruso served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Johnson & Johnson from 2007 until his retirement in 2018. Earlier in his career, Mr. Caruso served Centocor, Inc. as vice president, finance and chief financial officer from 1994 to 1998, and as senior vice president and chief financial officer from 1998 until the acquisition of Centocor by Johnson & Johnson in 1999.
