Aicha Evans has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2020. Since February 2019, Ms. Evans has been the Chief Executive Officer of Zoox, Inc., an autonomous vehicle company acquired by Amazon.com, Inc. in 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Evans worked at Intel Corporation, a multinational corporation and technology company, where she served as Corporate Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President from March 2017 through February 2019 and Corporate Vice President, Communication and Devices Group from February 2014 through February 2016. Ms. Evans currently serves as a member of the board of directors and the compensation, technology and safety, and people and organization committees of SAP SE.
