He is also the Chairman of our Global Executive Board (GEB). From June 2016 through September 2016, Mr. Ulbrich was President of JLL, having previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business segment since 2009. In August 2025, Mr. Ulbrich was appointed Chair of the Advisory Board of Westbridge Advisory GmbH, a leading energy and sustainability advisor in the real estate sector based in Frankfurt.
