Ms. Lavelle has served as a member of Jade s board of directors since the completion of the Merger in April 2025 and served on Pre-Merger Jade s board of directors since September 2024. From October 2023 until July 2024, Ms. Lavelle served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at ProfoundBio, Inc., a private biotechnology company that was acquired by Genmab A/S in May 2024. Prior to ProfoundBio, Ms. Lavelle served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Eliem Therapeutics, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed biotechnology company, from October 2020 to March 2023. From April 2018 to February 2020, Ms. Lavelle served as the Chief Operating Officer at Alder BioPharmaceuticals, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed biotechnology company that was acquired by H. Lundbeck A/S in October 2019. In addition to that role, she served as Alder s appointed director for Vitaeris Inc., a privately held biotechnology company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
