Joseph F. Hanna has served as a director of the Company since December 2023. Mr. Hanna currently serves as a director of McGrath RentCorp (Nasdaq: MGRC), a leading business-to-business rental company, having formerly served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to April 2026. Before serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at McGrath, Mr. Hanna served as Chief Operating Officer and served in positions of increasing responsibility since 2003. Before joining McGrath, Mr. Hanna held various sales and operational leadership positions at SMC Corporation of America (a subsidiary of SMC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan).
