Mr. Allen has served as a member of our Board since 2014 and has been the Chairman of the Audit committee during that time. From 2011 to present, Mr. Allen has served several businesses as a finance consultant. Mr. Allen has more than 40 years of accounting and finance experience including service as the Chief Financial Officer of three publicly held companies in biotech, medical and optical technologies. Mr. Allen is a licensed CPA (inactive status) in Florida. Mr. Allen received a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, and Multinational Business from Florida State University and an M.B.A. in General Management from Harvard University. We believe that Mr. Allen s experience and expertise in the fields of accounting and finance qualify him to serve on our Board.
