Mr. Steele has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2025. Since May 2025, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Shield AI Inc., a defense technology company. Mr. Steele previously served in various roles at Cisco Systems Inc. from 2024 to 2025, including President, Go-to-Market and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Splunk Inc., a software company, after it was acquired by Cisco Systems Inc. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Steele served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Splunk Inc. from April 2022 to March 2024. Mr. Steele also served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of Proofpoint Inc., a cybersecurity company, from November 2002 to March 2022.
