Mr. Abuhoff was Chairman of the Company s Board of Directors from May 2001 to June 2020, and served as the Company s interim Principal Financial Officer from May 2018 to April 2019. From 1995 to 1997 he was Chief Operating Officer of Charles River Corporation, an international systems integration and outsourcing firm. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Abuhoff was employed by Chadbourne & Parke, LLP in connection with its joint venture with Goldman Sachs to develop capital projects in China. He practiced international corporate law at White & Case LLP from 1986 to 1992. Mr. Abuhoff holds an A.B. degree in English from Columbia College, Columbia University (1983) and a J.D. degree from the Harvard Law School (1986).
