Ms. Haussler serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Opus Capital Management LLC, an investment advisory firm she co-founded in 1996 and where she served as Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2019. She also served as managing director of Capvest Venture Fund LP from 2000 to 2011 and as a partner at Adena Ventures LP from 1999 to 2010. Ms. Haussler, a former Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Ms. Haussler was selected to serve on our Board due to her experience on several public company boards and her expertise in finance, accounting, portfolio management, and business development.
