Christian Heidbreder, Ph.D., is a distinguished neuroscientist and pharmacologist serving as Chief Scientific Officer at Indivior Pharmaceuticals Inc., a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to addressing opioid use disorder and serious mental health conditions. With over 30 years of experience in drug discovery and development, particularly in addiction biology and neuroscience, Heidbreder earned his doctorate in neuropharmacology from the University of Ancona, Italy, followed by postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the United States.
