Mr. Hogan, 66, is a real estate developer. From October 2019 to December 2021, Mr. Hogan served as the President and CEO of Agawam Development Company, the owner and developer of Redbrook, a sustainably designed mixed-use village consisting of luxury single homes, townhomes, apartments and commercial development and from 2004 to October 2019, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the A.D. Makepeace Company, based in Wareham, Massachusetts and the world's largest cranberry grower and the largest private property owner in eastern Massachusetts. Prior to joining A.D. Makepeace, Mr. Hogan served as President of MassDevelopment, the economic development authority for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, from 1997 to 2003. While at MassDevelopment, he served as cabinet officer for two Massachusetts governors. Mr. Hogan serves on the Board of Directors of Old Colony YMCA. In 2024, he founded Erin Strategic Advisors to provide strategic real estate, governance and financial advice to family businesses and Non Profits. Mr. Hogan previously served on the Ocean Spray Board of Directors for 12 years as Audit Chair and Vice Chair. He also served on the Executive Board of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts. Additionally, he served as Mayor of Marlborough, Massachusetts. Mr. Hogan has served as a director of the Company and of Rockland Trust since 2017.
