Mr. Icahn is an investor and portfolio manager at Icahn Capital, a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises. Icahn Enterprises is a diversified holding company engaged in a wide range of sectors, including investment, automotive, energy, food packaging, real estate, and home fashion.
