Ms. Bianchi has served as a Director since July 2023 and is a member of the Health, Safety and Environmental Committee. Ms. Bianchi has over thirty years of experience in finance and has held numerous executive and director roles internationally. She has been the founding partner at Atlante Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on financial restructuring, since May 2016. Ms. Bianchi also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee of Mineros S.A.
