Daniel J. Stauber has served as Chief Brand Officer of Stauber Performance Ingredients, Inc, ( Stauber ), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, since our acquisition of Stauber in 2015. Mr. Stauber also served as Vice President - Health and Nutrition and as President of Stauber, from 2018 through 2019; Chief Executive Officer of Stauber from 1998 until its acquisition in 2015; President from 1994 to 1998; and various other positions with Stauber from 1984 to 1994.
