Ms. Morhous is the Chief Executive Officer of RaceTrac, a family-owned convenience store and fuel retailer with operations across the Southeast and Midwest. Since becoming CEO in 2023, RaceTrac has expanded into new markets, introduced innovative store formats and advanced sustainability initiatives, including the deployment of electric vehicle charging stations. As CEO, Ms. Morhous has also overseen significant strategic growth initiatives, including the acquisition and expansion of Potbelly as a part of RaceTrac s broader portfolio diversification. Ms. Morhous began her career with RaceTrac in 2012 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Strategy and Development, Executive Director of Strategy and Solutions, and Vice President of Energy Dispatch, RaceTrac s fuel transportation subsidiary.
