Age 66 Background: Became a director of the Company in October 2019 when the Company acquired Presidio Bank. Mr. Heitel formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer and director of Presidio Bank from October 2008 until the acquisition. Prior to joining Presidio Bank in October 2008, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mid-Peninsula Bank based in Palo Alto, California. Mr. Heitel served in other senior positions at Greater Bay Bancorp, including President and Chief Executive Officer of San Jose National Bank from December 2003 to November 2005, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cupertino National Bank from August 2001 to December 2003.
