Ms. Barlas brings over two decades of operational and managerial expertise in the financial services sector to our Board, where she has served since August 2014. Ms. Barlas has served in various roles at Megastar Advisors LLC, an insurance marketing organization, including as Chief Financial Officer since January 2014, Chief Talent Officer since June 2024 and Chief Operating Officer from January 2014 through May 2024. From February 2010 through May 2022, Ms. Barlas also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barlas Tax & Financial Group, LLC, a provider of tax, insurance, and investment services. Prior to this, Ms. Barlas worked as an auditor at Grant Thornton LLP from January 2009 to January 2010. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Barlas has held key management roles. Moreover, Ms. Barlas is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a master s degree in accounting, and she remains an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Barlas has a strong operational background and brings to the Board extensive experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, and analysis.
