Age: 46 Director since 2025 President and Chief Executive Officer Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated Mr. Scott was appointed President and CEO of Healthcare Realty in April 2025. Previously, he served for nine years as Chief Financial Officer of Healthpeak Properties, an S&P 500 company, where he was instrumental in completing its $5 billion strategic merger with Physicians Realty Trust.
