Scott Cutler has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2025 when he also joined our board of directors. Mr. Cutler most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of StockX, a role he held from 2019 until January 2025 when he joined HealthEquity. From 2017 through 2019, Mr. Cutler held key roles at eBay, including Senior Vice President of the Americas. He was President of StubHub between 2015 and 2017, and earlier in his career, between 2006 and 2015, served as Executive Vice President at the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Cutler began his career as a corporate securities lawyer and later transitioned into technology investment banking, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory. Mr. Cutler currently serves on the board of directors for Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. (NYSE: BAM) and Vibrant Emotional Health, the nonprofit organization behind the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Mr. Cutler holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University. The board of directors believes that Mr. Cutler s experience in high growth companies, his background as a chief executive officer and his training in technology investment and corporate finance qualify him to serve as a member of our board of directors.
