Mr. Krall has been a director since February 2018. Mr. Krall has served as a strategic advisor to Roku, Inc., a leading manufacturer of media players for streaming entertainment, since December 2010, and to Universal Audio, Inc., a manufacturer of audio hardware and software plug-ins, since August 2011. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Roku, President and Chief Executive Officer of QSecure, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Avid Technology, Inc.
