Mr. Arpey has been a partner in Emerald Creek Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Southern California, since 2012. Mr. Arpey previously served as CEO of AMR Corporation, a global airline holding company, and its subsidiary American Airlines, from 2003 until his retirement in 2011.
