Jeffrey M. Stafeil, 56, joined the Company s Board on March 8, 2026. Mr. Stafeil has served as the Chief Executive Officer of RESRG Automotive, a leading global supplier of coated exterior systems and components, and a member of its Board of Directors since April 2025. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco Incorporated from 2022 to 2023 and Adient plc from 2016 to 2023.
