Mr. James has served as a member of the Board since September 17, 2024, and currently serves as the chairperson of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. James had previously served as chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee until February 28, 2025. He is the President of Mark James Enterprises, his own executive consulting business. Previously, Mr. James served in roles of increasing seniority at multinational conglomerate Honeywell for over 20 years before his retirement in July 2020, including nearly 13 years as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
