Jean-Jacques Lafont is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Alliance Automotive Group, an entity that was acquired by the Company in 2017. Prior to his current role as Executive Chairman, Mr. Lafont was Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Automotive Group. Mr. Lafont co-founded Alliance Automotive Group in 1991 and spent 30 years building that business from the ground up. Prior to founding Alliance Automotive Group, Mr. Lafont spent six years working for Hewlett Packard Europe in various management roles. Mr. Lafont is also Non-Executive Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BME, a leading European building materials, sanitary and plumbing products distributor recently acquired by Blackstone.
