Ms. Jaroslawsky is the founder and President of Compliance Right, LLC, a board and executive consulting service provider formed in January 2022. Ms. Jaroslawsky served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Eaton Mission Systems, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer and a division of Eaton Corporation plc ( Eaton ), from January 2019 until her retirement in December 2022, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance from October 2016 to December 2018 for Cobham International until it was acquired by Eaton.
