Prior to founding our company, among others, Mr. Wu served as the general manager of a vocational education and online education company, New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU and SEHK: 9901), from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Wu received his MBA degree from Yale University in 2002 and his bachelor s degree in mechanical manufacturing from Beijing Union University in 1994.
