Mayo A. Shattuck III has served as our independent Board Chair since 2024. The Board selected Mr. Shattuck to serve as Board Chair because of his extensive leadership and public company governance experience, as well as his tenure with our Board, familiarity with the Company, and commitment to our purpose and values. As Board Chair, Mr. Shattuck is responsible for the following: Oversees the Board process, including agenda setting, and acts as Chair during Board meetings. Helps ensure that ideas and concerns are effectively surfaced, builds consensus among the Board, and drives issues to closure. Acts as the primary liaison between the Board and Company management, including the CEO. Supports our CEO by providing candid and constructive feedback and guidance.
