Director Gregory was considered independent from 1987 until 2018 when the Bank purchased property from him. Director Gregory obtained independence again in March of 2022. Mr. Gregory has been a practicing attorney since 1980, first in Lewiston, Maine and since 1983 in Damariscotta, Maine. In addition, he and his wife Sim serve as advisors to the Bowdoin Christian Fellowship and many other charitable foundations.
