Mr. Nolan has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 2022 and previously served as President of the Company since January 2016. Mr. Nolan has also served on the board of directors of F&G since August 2020. He served as the Co-Chief Operating Officer of FNF from September 2015 until January 2016. Additionally, he has served as President of Eastern Operations for Fidelity National Title Group since January 2013 and Executive Vice President and Division Manager since May 2010.
