Judge Dhanidina has served as a director of the Company since May 2021. Judge Dhanidina is a retired Associate Justice of the California Court of Appeal where he served from 2018 until April 2021. He was previously appointed as a Judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in 2012, making him the first Muslim judge in California history. Judge Dhanidina served as a Partner with the firms Werksman, Jackson & Quinn LLP from April 2022 until May 2023 and Umberg/Zipser from April 2021 to April 2022. He is currently a mediator and arbitrator at Signature Resolution. He also teaches law at the University of California Irvine, University of California Los Angeles and Chapman University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
