Mr. Finkelstein has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. Mr. Finkelstein has served as a General Partner at Spark Capital, a venture capital firm, since 2005. Mr. Finkelstein began his career at Cambridge Associates before joining two early-stage venture capital firms. After a few years, he took a break from the venture capital industry to write and sell a number of original television shows to networks including FOX, Discovery, and E!. Mr. Finkelstein later returned to the venture capital industry and joined Spark at its inception. Mr. Finkelstein earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Middlebury College. We believe Mr. Finkelstein is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors because of his extensive business experience with technology companies, including experience in the formation, development and business strategy of multiple companies.
