Mr. Quirk has served on our board of directors since August 2020. Mr. Quirk has served as Executive Vice-Chairman of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. since February 2022 and formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. since December 2013. He has served as a director of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. since February 2017. Previously, Mr. Quirk served as the President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. from May 2007 until December 2013. Mr. Quirk served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. from October 2006 until May 2007. Since joining Fidelity National Financial, Inc. in 1985, Mr. Quirk has served in numerous executive and management positions, including Executive Vice President, Division Manager and Regional Manager, with responsibilities for managing direct and agency operations nationally. Mr. Quirk formerly served on the board of directors of J. Alexander s Holdings, Inc. Mr. Quirk s qualifications to serve on the F&G board of directors include his more than 40 years of experience with FNF, his deep knowledge of our business and industry and his strong leadership abilities.
